How You Can Help:
UCAN wants to make “Back to School” easier for kids and families in need in Urbandale! We need volunteers and community partners to help provide school supplies, such as notebooks, pencils, backpacks and more.
Please drop off supplies at the UCAN Office

How To Receive School Supplies:
To receive school supplies, a current piece of mail (sent within the last 30 days) for address verification and a valid ID for each child receiving supplies is required. Please pre-register with the form below.
School supplies can be picked up at the UCAN office
